	RENTAL SPACE AVAILABLE:  For more information, contact Attorney Timothy Borchers at tborchers@borcherslaw.com.  Please read this notice concerning the independent businesses and professionals at this office center. You have come to a unique business location where independent advisors and businesses connect in serving the needs of their respective clients in various planning, legal and financial fields.   The Center offers no services.  The College, Legal, Tax and Financial Professionals of the Law and Financial Center (“the Center”) is an office complex that houses businesses and professionals.  The Center is not in the business of selling, delivering or performing any services itself and does not in any way oversee the particular conduct of each business, professional, occupant, user, visitor, professionals, or tenant in the building.  When you visit, or engage the services of any business or professional at the Center, you are not contracting with the Center for any services.  Separate companies.  In the event that you use the services of multiple offices at the Center, you will have separate agreements for services and fees.  No professional or business in the Center is responsible for the services of any other in the Center.  A business or professional office at the Center may, from time to time, be owned or staffed in common with other businesses at the Center.  When you utilize multiple professionals or offices at the Center and when professionals or businesses in the Center work for you simultaneously or collaborate in projects or services for you, each company or professional is responsible for its own area of service to you, whether or not related in any other way to each other. Information.  Your name and contact information may be disclosed to occupants of the Center for purposes of making an appointment.  Occupants and users of the Center are asked not to use data obtained in this way for any other purpose.  This notice is provided by MetroWest Law and Financial Center, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, d/b/a College ▪ Legal ▪ Tax ▪ Financial Professionals of the Law and Financial Center, 77 Main Street, Medway, MA 02053.       - Timothy B.
